CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat oven to 450 F for at least 15 minutes.
- While the oven comes to temperature, take the empanadas out of the refrigerator
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with oil or butter
- Place empanadas 1 inch apart
- Bake for 2 to 3 minutes, 5 minutes at most, depending on your oven.
Note: you are only warming up your empanadas as they have already been cooked. Leaving them in the oven longer than 5 minutes may result in dry, overcooked empanadas.
